As you know, the MEP wall is the mechanical, engineering and plumbing brains behind the operation. And as you might expect, we’ve pre-thought every detail of ours. It comes equipped with everything from pre-built circuits that are code compliant to a sprinkler system connection that keeps the flowers blooming. Of course, installation, hookups and permitting have been pre-thought out as well.

The Tankless Water Heater does not store hot water, but instead monitors the flow of water to determine when hot water is needed. Hot water on demand. Efficient, space saving and with a long lifespan. (Not included in California.)
